Norwich city.

Norwich City FC great yesterdday a well deserved win. One of the best goals of the season.
Might still only be in the play offs. Though I hope Norwich will be at least second

Raining Bullets.

There is no reason to doubt it was Colonel Gaddaffi putting his head out of a van covered by an umbrella, showing he was live in Tripoli yesterday. Perhaps he needed an open umbrella to stop bullets spraying his head. Did make me wonder if Gaddaffi had a Libyan look-alike. Not in Tripoli but speeding off to the desert somewhere. Just to confuse us.

No Gain Without Pain.

Israel seems the only nation fairly quiet in the Middle East. with what is happening in the Suez canal area of the world. With Libya a tinder box at present I fear what is going to happen there. Young and middle-aged Libyans don't seem to fear the Gaddaffi regime any more. They want their rights. But don't feel they have any duties to the regime any more. The population is mainly young, Middle-aged being late 30's early 40s. want democratic rights without responsibilities.

Top Guns.

Norwich's point gained at Leeds yesterday was nothing short of miraculous if you had watched or like me heard the first half blitz Leeds vitrollically 'blitzed' Norwich City's goal with. Might turn up to be Norwich's most important point of the season. With the teams in the top six so close together.
I an not sure I'll ever get round to deleting my old Blogs now. Sorry.

Sheer laziness. They ought to be automatically deleted after a month or so anyway.

By Royal Command.

I suppose the answer with this government is the same with most democratic governments around the world. Some you can change their mind and sometimes you cannot. This con/dem esplanade you can stop selling our forests to theme park entrepreneurs. But not avoid arm sales to the kingdom of Bahrain. The selling of arms is far too lucrative a business. God forbid our Royal Family was ever at risk of becoming unstuck from its investments like Bahrain. But would we need the support of the U.S. Navy to keep our Royal Family(God Forbid)to keep support for our Royal Family too?

Top Gun.

Chief executives don't seem to live in the real world like we do. Cuts for us are the norm. They simply get incentive pay rises for doing a good job in cutting our services. For instance in Norwich they have saved 'Sensory Support' by linking it to the N.N.A.B; but cut Sensory Support's budget by 40 per cent. I haven't heard the Chief Ececutive of Norfolk County Council, having to cut his budget by 40 per cent, even on a voluntary basis.

The Big Issue Too.

The 'Big Issue' and the 'Big Society' seem to have something in common. They are both in their different quarters, the former journalism, the latter politics, both like elephants invisible to everybody else in the room, who does not want to take the trouble to notice them. Either we are not interested in 'tag' journalism. Somebody trying to stick a price tag on us and then charging us for a newspaper we don't want. Or similarly a political idea about 'volunteering' not paid for as good middle class thrifty people we don't want for nothing either. The working class may want both the Big Issue, and the Big Society. But they can't pay for them. The middle class can pay for them but doesn't want to buy something that seems to imply they both don't seem to need to be paid for. Especially if you ignore them.

Rooney's Wonder Goal.

I would have been more glad about Rooney's wonder goal, if he had during the F.A. World cup scored a even one goal for England whatever the quality.
Aren't Norwich City doing well. And Norwich have sold an extra share rights issue for £2 million. Must be worth more than Rooney's goal really. Though perhaps not actually.
EXcept to us.

Soothed By A Look.

Dr.McClean's theory that it is less painful looking at an injections than not, because of the analgesic effect of the look. Apparently looking comes from that part of the brain which soothes pain as well. May work for some people. Me I prefer not to look when I'm having my 3 monthly B!2 injection. I can't test Dr.McClean's theory. For my injection is in my top back shoulder the site of which I can't see anyway. If 'seeing' with my mind helps this I try to do.

Cuts Bleed.

The cuts to Outer Manchester services are staggering. County Council services are no longer able to cover what they once did. Swimming pools to go at the crunch of an auctioneer's mallet. I wonder I wonder if one of Outer Manchester's swimming pools will have new residents-Dolphin's. Perhaps you will be able to pick up a space in a car park for peanuts. Or at least a monkey.
It's so terrible for the people of outer Manchester, and even Norwich I cant joke about it.
It grew and it grew and it Grew. It's only a Greater Manchester people service's Job Seekers' Allowance QUEUE; and Norfolk County Council too.

Librariees?

Mary Berrys carrot cake is a bit like Cameron's attitude to Libraries in his vision of the 'Big Society'. Plenty of icing sugar at the when you open the packet. In the Big Society this is the 'volunteers' who will provide everything the reader needs; even new books?

Ruth's Case.

What you see is sometimes hiding what you don't see. A psychologist said talking to Ruth the Casualty Doctor who was sectioned.Or mor importantly what you see is sometimes caused by terrific hidden emotions.
Ruth acceps in this episode her visions about Mary were created by her mind. Ruth is ready to find a way out.

Lets Integrate Together

Why should young Moslems identify themselves with our culture and traditions Cameron asks?. He asserts just because a person practices Islam this doesn't mean the person will automatically become an extremist, willing to kill other people and blow himself up in the process. We shouldn't be paying Moslem organisations to impart radicalism to young Moslems, heading them on to the path of extremism. Moslem society should be an integral part of British Society. Let's integrate together.

The Middle Way.

'You'll suddenly find you have become yourself' ssaid a relation egnimaticadllly to Ashok, the Indian who had been educated in England. As also 'Pierre' was told by a mysterious freemason along Pierre's way in War and Peace. The whole new person being greater than the dischoate parts bdfore. Ashok we suppose becomes a real Indian, and Pierre, turns to the 'common man' approach. Being imbibed with the wisdom of freemasonry, once Pierre is 'stripped' of his egotitical wealth. That way never suited me.
Paul
Ashok woman's Hour hero. You know he is going to marry well.
Pierre has a happier life too. And is one of my War and Peace Heros.

He who Pays the Piper.

The U.S. government are playing the 'softly softly' approach in Egypt. But it is the case that the U.S. are 'paying the piper' to 'play their tune. The million dollar subsidy the U.S. are paying the army, won't ensure the revolution result goes their way exactly; but every little helps, and a million dollars is a lot.

The invisibility Tool.

Got my TV converted to HD. Found HD was no good if I couldn't see if the TV's standby button was on or off. So got in a muddle putting the TV on again from it's off position. Invisibility is only elpful if it's cloak can mask the emotional shock of someone 'blind lkie me'having to sware to make himself visible to others.
like standby lights I suppose.

President Of Nothing.

The world of the Egyptian 'Leader' has collapsed. Now his army even won't support him. Perhaps he doesn't even have the choice now of leaving the country. Without the army's support he is President of Nothing. Not even perhaps his own destiny. Will he leave the country to a blissful retreat by the sea worth millions of dollars he has perhaps salted away.? Or will he justly have an accident, and disassapear? his fate will decide. The end won't be justice.
