I always expect Andy Murray to win win as I begin to follow a match like today's Melbourne tennnis final. But it was easy to forecast his eventual defeat wasn't it?
Murray ran out of leg power. Without the normal power he has in his lis legs. a win was too much leg power for him to climb.

No drinking Pledge.

No 'Week End Wine' notes for the forseeable future. One of my tablets taken twice a day contains an avoid alchohol message.

Adam Adamant Returns.

Here I am feeling very much older and wiser sitting in my lounge, composing a blog on my computer. Next to me is my 'Zimmer Frame' a walking aid. Further on in my lounge, from hospital, is a small useful looking trollery. Both items from the hospital support services, free. I feel older because these support services are not issued to people who can do the normal things in life, which involves carrying a tray without spilliages,; I can't. Or walk more than two steps ssafely; without holding anything to keep my balance. sill I, like Adam Adamant, has returned. I am not soownh-hearted either. There is still plenty to 'blog' about'.

Match-box Forests.

Most people don't like the idea of selling 'privatishng' our forests. What's th ub off our forests when now we don't know what these trees will be worth exactly when the trees are fully grown. Forests are part of the natural world's ecco security; storing carbon. To sell off our forests would be like selling off part of our ecco culture. Who wants match-boxes, instead of 'ecco security.

The Bear Facts.

For the previous 15 days I have been lanquishing in Kimberley ward at the Norfolk and Norwich hospital. Suffering from a kidney that decided not to work, because the calcium levels were wrong. Finally confirmed it wasn't me going mad. Though I was 'delirous' because of not having the correct callcium level in my kindney. Therefore retaining too much water. Calcium tablets being ignored because of lack of communication. Don't go into the woos with either bears or Doctors.

I was a strange solitary person in hospital unable to rest on my eyelids. Said the optician who yawned.

Sorry I have been in hospital for a few days. The Pillopino women are wonderful. Includig one who took longer to shave me than the moon.
