Adam Adamant Returns.

Here I am feeling very much older and wiser sitting in my lounge, composing a blog on my computer. Next to me is my 'Zimmer Frame' a walking aid. Further on in my lounge, from hospital, is a small useful looking trollery. Both items from the hospital support services, free. I feel older because these support services are not issued to people who can do the normal things in life, which involves carrying a tray without spilliages,; I can't. Or walk more than two steps ssafely; without holding anything to keep my balance. sill I, like Adam Adamant, has returned. I am not soownh-hearted either. There is still plenty to 'blog' about'.
